THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 92/PMK.02/2005 ON
STIPULATION OF KINDS OF CERTAIN EXPORTED GOODS AND TARIFFS OF EXPORT LEVY

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,

Considering :

a. that in the framework of protecting domestic industry operating in the forestry sector, enhancing competitiveness in the international trade in the country as well as creating legal certainty about the imposition of tariffs of export levy on wood and rattan, it is deemed necessary to review and stipulate tariffs of export levy on wood and rattan;
b. that based on the consideration as meant in point a, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Finance on the Third Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 92/PMK.02/2005 on Stipulation of Kinds of Certain Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levy;

7. Government Regulation No. 35/2005 on Export Levy on Certain Exported Goods;
8. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
9. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 557/KMK.04/2002 on Customs Procedures in the Export Field;
10. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 92/PMK.02/2005 on Stipulation of Kinds of Certain Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levy;
11. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 02/M-DAG/PER/2/2006 on Forestry Industry Product Provisions;

DECIDES :

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 92/PMK.02/2005 ON STIPULATION OF KINDS OF CERTAIN EXPORTED GOODS AND TARIFFS OF EXPORT LEVY

Article 1

To amend Roman Figures II & III of the Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 92/PMK.02/2005 on Stipulation of Kinds of Certain Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levy, as already amended the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 30/PMK.02/2006 so as to entirely read as follows:

III	WOOD A. Veneer : Veneer sheets obtained by meansof slicing or peeling log or sawn timber, a thickness not exceeding 6 mm. 	C. Sawn wood Sawn timber already dried and leveled in four sides so as to have smooth and fine surface with the size ranging from 1,000 mm2 to 4,000 mm2. Excepted from export levy is processed wood obtained by jointing sawn timber with the provision that every jointed chip has a size of not exceeding 4,300 mm and length of not exceeding 1,500 mm.	ex.4407.10.10.00 s/d ex.4407.99.90.00	5%

Article 2

With the stipulation of this regulation, Roman Figures II & III of the Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 92/PMK.02/2005 on Stipulation of Kinds of Certain Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levy, as already amended the latest by Regulation bf the Minister of Finance No. 30/PMK.02/2006 are declared null and void.

Article 3

The regulation comes into force-as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
