CONCERNING
GUIDELINES OF EMPLOYMENT FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP STRUCTURE
OF EXAMINATION, OBSERVATION AND TREATMENT
TO QUARANTINE ANIMAL DISEASE

IN GRACE OF GOD
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE

Considering :

• a. whereas with Decree of The Minister of Agriculture Number 159/KPTS/ OT220/3/2004 it has been specified Technical Function structure of examination, observation, and treatment to quarantine animal disease;
• b. whereas with the growth of intensity and frequency of animal traffic and or animal product which potential as career media of quarantine animal disease from a state to other, and from an area to other in Republic of Indonesia territory, therefore observation and inspection to the traffic of career media of quarantine animal disease are need to be improved;
• c. Whereas based on things mentioned above, it is considered necessary to revise Decree of The Minister of Agriculture Number: 159/KPTS/OT220/3/ 2004;

HAS DECIDED :

To stipulate :

FIRST :

GUIDELINES OF EMPLOYMENT FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP STRUCTURE OF EXAMINATION, OBSERVATION AND TREATMENT TO QUARANTINE ANIMAL DISEASE as herewith enclosed in this Regulation Enclosure

SECOND :

Guidelines as referred to in First dictum shall be meant as operational basis for functional technical officer of animal quarantine and veterinary in executing examination, observation and treatment of quarantine animal disease, as a mean to prevent the entering and spreading of HPHK and food from animal.

THIRD :

With the stipulation of this regulation, therefore Decree of The Minister of Agriculture No. 159/Kpts/OT.220/3/2004 is declared to be invalid anymore.

FOURTH :

This Decree shall take into effect as of the date of stipulation.
