a. that in order to push the development of electricity accumulator industry, it is considered necessary to give dispensation of Import Duty of steel plate for the electricity accumulator industry;
b. that according to consideration as stated in letter a, it is necessary to settle a Ministerial Regulation of Finance about Dispensation of Import Duty of Steel Plate for the Electricity Accumulator Industry;

3. Ministerial Policy of Finance No. 545/KMK.01/2003 concerning Settlement of Goods Classification System;
4. Ministerial Policy of Finance No. 547/KMK.01/2003 concerning Settlements of Import Duty on Import Goods;
MINISTERIAL REGULATION OF FINANCE CONCERNING DISPENSATION OF IMPORT DUTY OF STEEL PLATE FOR ELECTRICITY OF ACCUMULATOR INDUSTRY.
For steel plate raw materials import to make electricity accumulator that is included in tariff post 8507.90.19.00, is given dispensation of Import Duty so that the final Import Tariff becomes 5% (five percent).
Request of dispensation of Import Duty as stated in Chapter 1 is applied to the Director General of Customs with copies to the Director General of Agro and Chemistry, Ministry of Industries.
Director General of Customs with regard to the Minister of Finance issues the Ministerial Policy of Finance concerning dispensation of Import Duty as stated in Chapter 1.
Director General of Customs, is instructed to act, according to the Ministerial Regulation of Finance.
This Ministerial Regulation of Finance takes in effect starting for the period of twelve (12) months since the date of approval.
In order for every one to acknowledge this regulation, Minister of Finance instructs the announcement of the Ministerial Regulation of Finance by settlement in the Indonesian Government Gazette.
