a. that in the framework to implement Decision of Highest Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 19/P/HUM/2011 concerning Petition for Contents Test on the Article 2 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 1 paragraph 3 of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 39/M-DAG/PER/10/2010 concerning Provisions on the Import Finished Goods by Producer that is stipulated on June 20, 2011, it is necessary to revoke Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 39/M-DAG/PER/10/2010 concerning Provisions on the Import Finished Goods by Producer;
b. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 39/M-DAG/PER/10/2010 CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE IMPORT FINISHED GOODS BY PRODUCER
Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 39/M-DAG/PER/10/2010 concerning Provisions on the Import Finished Goods by Producer shall be amended and declared null and void.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on May 2, 2012.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
