AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE IMPORT OF HORTICULTURE PRODUCTS.
Provisions in Article 38 of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 concerning Provisions on the Import of Horticulture Products shall be amended as follows:
"Article 38
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on September 28, 2012 and will be evaluated periodically."
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
