a. that to support effective implementation of policy in the import of steel or iron field by amendment the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN), it is necessary to amend Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 54/M-DAG/PER/12/2010 concerning Provisions on the Import of Iron or Steel;
b. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 54/M-DAG/PER/12/2010 CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE IMPORT OF IRON OR STEEL
Several provisions in Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 54/M-DAG/PER/12/2010 concerning Provisions on the Import of Iron or Steel shall be amended as follows :
1. Provision of Article 17 shall be amended, so is read as follows :
"Article 17
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on January 1, 2011 and will be ended on December 31, 2015."
2. Attachment of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 54/M-DAG/PER/12/2010 concerning Provisions on the Import of Iron or Steel shall be amended become as listed in Attachment, that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on March 1, 2012.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
