CONCERNING
SECOND AMENDENT ON THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE No. P-22/BC/2009 CONCERNING IMPORT CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION

THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

a. that in the framework to harmonize with taxation regulation, it is necessary to improve form and procedure to fill import customs notification;

b. based on above matter in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise concerning Second Amendment of the Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-22/BC/2009 concerning Import Customs Notification;

In view of:

1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as amended by Law No. 17/2006 concerning Amendment to the Law No. 10/1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);

2. Law No. 11/1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book No. 76/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613) as amended by Law No. 39/2007 concerning Amendment to the Law No. 11/1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book No. 105/2007, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4755);

3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 184/PMK.04/2010 concerning organization and Working Procedure of the Ministry of Finance;

4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 155/PMK.04/2029 concerning Customs Notification.

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE CONCERNING SECOND AMENDENT ON THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE No. P-22/BC/2009 CONCERNING IMPORT CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION

Article I

To amend Attachment I of Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-22/BC/2009 concerning Import Customs Notification as amended by P-41/BC/2009 become as stipulated in Attachment that is integral part of this Regulation of the Director General.

Article II

Form and procedure to fill Notification of Import Goods as governed in Attachment I of Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-22/BC/2009 concerning Import Customs Notification as amended by P-41/BC/2010 is still valid while had gotten registration number and date, with following provision:

a. in case Notification of Import Goods is submitted in electronic data, the latest is November 15, 2011;
b. in case Notification of Import Goods is submitted in written in the form, the latest is December 31, 2011.

2. This Regulation of the Director General shall come into force after 30 (thirty) days since date of stipulation.
