a. that in the framework to make certainty in law and support smooth traffic of exported goods, it is necessary to improve provisions on Customs Registration;
b. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 63/PMK.04/2011 concerning Customs Registration;
1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
2. Presidential Decree No. 56/P/2010;
3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 63/PMK.04/2011 concerning Customs Registration:
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 63/PMK.04/2011 CONCERNING CUSTOMS REGISTRATION.
Several provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 63/PMK.04/2011 concerning Customs Registration are amended as follows:
1. Between Article 21 and Article 22 is inserted 1 (one) article, that is Article 21A, read as follow:
"Article 21A
(1) Provision on obligation for Customs Registration to secure NIK based on this Ministerial Regulation, also to Ser vice User acts as Importer, Exporter, PPJK, and/or Carrier.
(2) Stipulation of Service Users are obligated for Customs Registration to secure NIK beside as intended in paragraph (1), is stipulated by Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise."
2. Between Article 24 and Article 25 is inserted 2 (two) articles, they are Article 24A and Article 24B read as follows:
"Article 24A
Obligation for Customs Registration to secure NIK for Service Users act as Exporter and/or Carrier based on this Ministerial Regulation, shall be fulfilled in the latest on December 31, 2011.
Article 24B
Service Users act as Importer, Exporter, PPJK, and/or Carrier not fulfilled provision as intended in Article 22 paragraph 2, Article 23, and/or Article 24A, cannot be served to fulfill customs obligations."
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
