QUANTITY AND TYPE OF NC THAT CAN BE IMPORTED ARE AS SEEN IN THE ATTACHMENT

Under the conditions as follows:

1. Nitro Cellulose, as specified in the Appendix, shall only be for their productions need and shall not be traded or assigned to any party.

3. Procedure of import of NC must be done based on the applicable laws.

4. The import of NC must be completed with a Certificate of Inspection from the surveyor, which includes manufacturing country, specification of goods, chemical composition, and quantity of imported goods. Survey conducted by the surveyor must be done prior to shipment in the country of loading.

5. Whether or not the import of NC, as set forth in the Appendix of this Acknowledgment is implemented, you are obliged to submit report to the Director General for Overseas Trading with copies furnished to the Director General of Chemical, Agriculture, & Forest Produce Industries, Director General for Domestic Trading, Department of Trade & Industry, Director General for Defence Facility, Department of Defence & Secu-rity, and Head of Intelligence and Security Bureau of the Indonesian Police, once in every three (3) months from date of this Acknowledgment.

6. In the event of extension of production that requires additional NC, your company may submit an additional application to the Director General for Overseas Trading completed with license to extend production and recommendation from the Director General of Chemical, Agriculture, and Forest Produce Industries, Department of Trade and Industry after coordinating with Head of the Intelligence and Security Bureau of the Indonesian Police.

7. You must submit a photocopy of Import Realization Control Card as attached hereof for every import activity within two (2) weeks to the Director General for Overseas Trading c.q. Director of Import, which has been legalized by the local customs and excise officer.

8. You must show original copy of the Acknowledgment of IP-NC to the local customs and excise officer for every import activity.

9. Violations against the provision of Article 12 paragraph (1) of Decree of Minister of Trade and Industry No.418/MPP/Kep/6/2003 and No... can be sanctioned with revocation of Acknowledgment as IP-NC.

Under the conditions that follow:

1. Every import activity must obtain import approval from the Director General for Overseas Trading of Department of Trade and Industry based on recommendation from Director General of Defence Facility, Department of Defence.

2. To give data,/information and or be willing to undergo on-the-site inspection (at the factory/office), if necessary, by the authorized official within the Department of Trade and Industry, department of Defence, and by Head of the Intelligence and Security Bureau of the Indonesian Police.

3. The import of NC must comply with the rulings and procedure as stipulated in Decree of the Minister of Trade and Industry No. 418/MPP/Kep/6/2003, No. ...., and Decision of Director General for Overseas Trading No. 17/DAGLU/KP/VII/2003 dated July 29, 2003.

4. Whether or not the import of NC, as set forth in the Appendix of this Acknowledgment, be implemented, you are obliged to submit report to the Director General for Overseas Trading with copies furnished to the Director General of Chemical, Agriculture, and Forest Produce Industries, Director General for Domestic Trading of the Department of Trade and Industry, Director General of Defence facility of the Department of Defence, and Head of the Intelligence & Security Bureau of the Indonesian Police, once in every three (3) months from date of this Acknowledgment.

5. In the event of extension of production that requires additional NC, your company may file an additional application to the Director General for Overseas Trading completed with license to extend production and recommendation from the Director General of Chemical, Agriculture, and Forest Produce Industries of the De-partment of Trade and Industry after consultation with Head of the Intelligence and Security Bureau of the Indonesian Police.

6. This Appointment of IT-NC shall be valid until ... (date).

7. Violations against the provision of Article 12 paragraph (1) clause b of Decree of the Minister of Trade and Industry No. 418/MPP/Kep/6/2003 can be sanctioned with revocation Appointment of IT-NC.

3. Distribution of NC by IT-NC to the latest user shall be done directly (without broker);

4. Must show original copy of this Approval to the local customs and excise officer for every import of goods for the completion of import realization control card (attached), which includes verification into quantity and type of imported goods.

5. Must submit a photocopy of the import realization control card, as set forth in paragraph 4, which has been initialed and sealed by the customs and excise officer to the Director General for Overseas Trading c.q. Director of Import with copies furnished to the Director General of IKAHH, Director General of PDN, Director General of Defence Facility of the Department of Defence, Head of the Intelligence & Security Bureau of the Indonesian Police for every import of goods, not later than two (2) weeks after unloading of goods at port of destination.

6. The import of NC must comply with the conditions and procedure as stipulated in Decree of the Minister of Trade and Industry No. 418/MPP/Kep/6/2003 dated June 17, 2003, No... dated... and Decision of the Director General for Overseas Trading No. 17/DAGLU/KP/VII/2003 dated July 29, 2003.
